If you have misplaced your certificates, you will need to contact the relevant examination board directly. They will require you to complete and application form and pay them directly. Each form will outline the cost involved but it is usually around £50 per certificate.

An alternative is to request a certified statement of results. Please note that some employers and/or universities may not accept these so it is advisable to check with them first.
